## What is Intervene Patient App?

Mobile Platform specifically designed for the healthcare industry for patient management.  Ability to view and create appointments, view documents and integrated Wellness Management are a few functions developed in this release.  

Platform uses latest in mobile and web technologies to exchange patient visit details in a secure way.
