Giuro che stavo per lasciare una recensione positiva del tipo “finalmente un’app / servizio informatico made in Italy che funziona a dovere, che strano”, poi ho provato a passare da Samsung ad iPhone e niente, mi da un errore generico.

Edit: ho appena scoperto che l’errore era dovuto al fatto che non avessi autorizzato la posizione ogni volta che uso l’app, ma solo una volta. Avrei però gradito che l’errore specificasse il problema.

The app asks for your location when signing up it then assumes your region is the language to display. I am an American in Italy and I don’t speak Italian so when the app changes the language to Italian and there’s no way to change it back, I can’t use the app.

The app is supposed to be used to authorise online banking access. Unfortunately this does not work most of the time in the UK. Further the online help instructions for what Intesa calls Dynamic offline authentication are inconsistent with options presented in this version of the app - eg how do I access the camera to generate the access code? It is details like this which make the close to unusable.
