Edit: ho appena scoperto che l’errore era dovuto al fatto che non avessi autorizzato la posizione ogni volta che uso l’app, ma solo una volta. For a couple of Euro, while Anazon happily authorise a hundred with no check? And everywhere online, if the card check comes, it fails mostly. Passate ben 4 ore al numero verde e sono fiero di vedere come prima ti fanno parlare con IA e poi su tua richiesta all’IA ti passano un primo operatore che nella maggior parte delle volte dopo che hai spiegato il problema ti dirotta ad un altro operatore che a loro dire é di livello Superiore (i sommi), che in soldoni non risolvono nulla come i primi! Mi hanno addirittura chiuso in faccia alcuni al primo “buona sera” …altri dopo aver eseguito tutte le loro mirabolanti richieste ultramegatecnologiche ( disinstallare e installare l’app) mi hanno chiuso il telefono in faccio! Io mi sono sempre espresso quanto piú cordialmente possibile ma veramente mi state deludendo …. Alcuno mi ha detto “ bene apriamo un tiket personale sulla tua persona….. “ ma sfortunatamente poi non parlava più…. ed io :”pronto …..pronto….pronto ?!?….” insomma prese in giro …. poi dopo la 6 telefonata un’ultima mi dice che hanno problemi e che in giornata mi si sistemeranno …. be eccomi qui perché ancora insiste questo disagio…. attorno a me colleghi non hanno il problema mentre io entro mi fanno attivare l’app come se fosse la prima volta, entro .. e funziona poi appena esco dall’app tutto torna come se fosse appena scaricata e come se non l’avessi attivata …. riattivo e non mi entra … soluzione disinstallare ed installare app… NON é una Soluzione !!
