### 2/5 — Servers must be broken

*2026-08-09, version 3.3.3*

I wonder how this product is subscription free, I wish I purchased the local adapters because going through the Intesis cloud is a gamble. Some days it works perfectly, others, it doesn’t. Support blames my wifi - as a professional network engineer I beg to differ. Avoid if you are reading this. Spend the (2x) money on the local communication version and program it using Homebridge or HomeAssistant.

### 3/5 — End user

*2026-07-01, version 3.3.3*

Programing a schedule is not easy. User friendly explanations needed.

### 4/5 — Review

*2026-06-25, version 3.3.3*

Stop asking me to review

### 2/5 — Basic

*2026-05-29, version 3.3.3*

Extremely basic, can’t program timers, almost seems like a half finished app.

### 3/5 — Option to set timers

*2026-05-24, version 3.3.3*

It would be good to set timers for the unit to switch off after say 5 hours to save on power and accidentally being left on

### 1/5 — Updated app not accessible

*2026-05-03, version 3.3.3*

SHAME ON YOU DEVELOPERS.
IT'S 2026 AND DESPITE HAVING REVIEWED THIS PRODUCT AND POINTED OUT ITS LACK OF ACCESSIBILITY YEARS AGO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO ENABLE ACCESS TO APP FUNCTIONALITY FOR BLIND USERS. THIS IS A TRULY DISGRACEFUL SITUATION.

### 1/5 — Continuing to lose wifi access

*2026-04-09, version 3.3.3*

I haven’t had much success using the app over the past 12 months due to ongoing connectivity issues between the air conditioning unit and the app. This undermines both the convenience and the financial value expected from the system.

### 1/5 — App needs an update badly

*2026-02-27, version 3.3.3*

You call it ‘Best Air Conditioner Control’?
I say this app is far from it.
Apart from being very basic, it lags when you make a change to your air conditioner.
Often it shows a different temperature setting and/or mode selected to what was set from the actual remote, even force starting the app does not rectify this issue, it still shows the incorrect temperature setting and/or mode selected.
It has come to the point where I pre-select the mode that I want from the remote and leave it there, and merely use this app to switch my air-conditioning units on and off remotely when required, half the time needing to visually check via cameras whether the app has initiated switch off or switch on function.
Pretty poor form, I must say

### 3/5 — AC Unit response

*2026-02-13, version 3.3.3*

The connection is patchy, sometimes it takes 2 or 3 attempts to get the ac unit to respond to the app, having to close the app completely and restart each time.

### 1/5 — Update broke interface

*2026-01-10, version 3.3.3*

Update 3.3.3 now has control tab with eye offensive white background while calendar and other tabs are at preferred dark blue scheme. I need update fix for issue.

### 4/5 — Device already assigned

*2025-12-29, version 3.3.3*

I got this app working fine until I purchased a new iphone (I was using older iphone before), I have to reinstall the app and when I tried to connect it says 'device already assigned'. Can you fix it so I can use the device?

### 3/5 — Does the basics

*2025-12-29, version 3.3.3*

App UI needs a refresh. I want to set up routines to set zones at specific times of the day or via other smart home triggers however I can’t use zones in any automation which is disappointing. App just seems to not have the slickness expected in a modern app in 2025

### 1/5 — Slow to respond.

*2025-11-24, version 3.3.3*

The app no longer crashes every time you open it. But it’s very unreliable. Actions don’t take effect. Tapping leads to no action. An exercise in frustration

### 1/5 — Waiting for TS to call back and IPad app doesn’t show settings

*2025-10-28, version 3.3.3*

One of 2 units doesn’t control. Had hard time connecting to WiFi. Shows it is connected but won’t turn on/off so don’t think other controls work either. Complicated to contact TS and could only leave message and wait for call back. Fujitsu sent these to replace old controllers that stopped working. Supposed to be plug and play, but more trouble to use and set schedule which is what I wanted it for. Have to go back to manually controlling until I get support and/or replacement unit.

### 2/5 — AC control app

*2025-10-20, version 3.3.3*

I have 2 aircons controlled with the app. Super useful. It is nice to also see the outside temp before venturing out. However, when launched it often fails to connect and you have to retry. Seems to work on second go. Many times the summary page may show that the aircon is on when it is not. Same with the detailed page. When air con is turned off, it shows off but the con is still on. If we are not at home to visually check we need to run the app a second to be sure it has tuned off.

Above an old review. Now we upgrade to a Smart modem Gen 3. and cannot sync the wifi adaptors. Waiting on support to ring back.

### 2/5 — Dated, barely functional and unreliable…

*2025-08-08, version 3.3.2*

I’ve used multiple Wi-Fi enabled AC systems and the bar is generally set very low in this market. However, the system offered by Intesis is not a particularly high flyer in a market that still struggles to get off the ground.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — App functionality

*2026-08-19, version 3.3.3*

This app is very inconsistent in regard to what patterns/settings actually work. It is lagging/not working

### 1/5 — Always lose wi fi

*2026-08-09, version 3.3.3*

I have had this remote system for over 2 years. If the electricity goes out, then it doesn’t reconnect to wifi. Quite frustrating when I have Tennants and can’t access property.

### 1/5 — Unreliable and not user friendly

*2026-08-01, version 3.3.3*

There seems to be no way to run anything other than a single program at a time, complex scheduling is impossible. The units frequently become unavailable. Control is only possible with an internet connection. Don’t choose this system.

### 1/5 — Annoying review request

*2026-07-28, version 3.3.3*

Keeps asking for review. So annoying.

### 1/5 — Annoying review request

*2026-07-25, version 3.3.3*

Constantly keeps asking for review everytime I open the app.

### 1/5 — App

*2026-07-04, version 3.3.3*

Never update

### 1/5 — Doesn’t stay connected to WiFi

*2026-06-26, version 3.3.3*

Continue to have AC Cloud drop off the network. No other issues w the other 50 plus connections on the network. Poor tool for Fujitsu to use on their smaller mini split units. I have no problems w the larger Fujitsu units that have built in WiFi.

### 1/5 — Connection drop

*2026-05-27, version 3.3.3*

Working for 7yrs then all of a sudden it won’t connect any more , impossible to find any assistance whatsoever.

### 1/5 — Stop asking for review

*2026-05-24, version 3.3.3*

Push push push

### 1/5 — Good basic functionality but

*2026-05-03, version 3.3.3*

I have Fujitsu heat pump with mini splits in the house. Two wall units in the floor unit the wall units use air stage and the floor unit uses AC Cloud. These need to be integrated. Come on Fujitsu.
We need to be able to use temperature from any external thermostat to control the AC unit. We need to then be able to turn the fan off until the thermostat turns it on.

*2026-05-11, version 3.3.3*

Very good

### 5/5 — LOVE THIS

*2026-03-17, version 3.3.3*

LOVE THIS option as I can control the temp remotely on both my holiday rental properties. I can ensure the AC/heating is turned off after the guests have left incase they forget to turn it off.
I can warm the properties up before the guests arrive as properties are in the Blue Mountains.

Also guests have a bad habit of turning the temp immediate to 30 degrees as have no idea of what thermostat is and they really have to do is select around 22, 23 or 24 degrees and let the system do the rest.

I can also turn on different zones.

Mike

### 5/5 — Works Perfectly

*2024-06-24, version 3.2.7*

App works anywhere in the world. 10/10

### 5/5 — Help

*2024-05-23, version 3.2.7*

Can’t get it to work
Changed wifi modem
How do you change the settings to the new wifi

### 5/5 — App crashes

*2024-02-02, version 3.2.4*

App crashes since last update.
Pretty frustrating and in actual fact am considering removing WiFi from the AC as I have found a better more consistent part from an opponent.
Sorry man, have given you guys plenty of chances and nothing has been done about it.

### 5/5 — App function

*2024-01-29, version 3.2.4*

Hi,
Calendar function is not working from iPhone app or web interface. Fix it please.

### 5/5 — AC control app

*2023-09-21, version 3.2.2*

I have 2 aircons controlled with the app. Super useful. It is nice to also see the outside temp before venturing out. However, when launched it often fails to connect and you have to retry. Seems to work on second go. Many times the summary page may show that the aircon is on when it is not. Same with the detailed page. When air con is turned off, it shows off but the con is still on. If we are not at home to visually check we need to run the app a second to be sure it has tuned off.

### 5/5 — Update

*2023-07-25, version 3.2.2*

I wish update regularly with more control options
