Interface intuitif et application qui pourrait être super pourvu qu’elle fonctionne. Inutilisable dans 90% des cas. Annonce d’erreur de MdP ou loggin alors que tout est bon. Indication disant que le matériel est hors connexion alors que ca n’est pas le cas.
Si vous investissez dans un spa intex pour sa connectivité, passez votre chemin.
Au prix des spas, intex pourrait faire un effort pour fiabiliser son application.
Simplement nul donc… ne mérite pas plus d’une étoile. Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas mettre moins

Maj: après 1 semaine d’utilisation c’est carrément une catastrophe ! Enfin sérieusement il ne faut pas faire d’appli si c’est pour quelque chose d’aussi peu aboutie.
La lenteur de cette application est carrément proche de la légende, 20sec pour savoir si le spa est en ligne, 40sec pour accéder aux fonctionnalités et alors ne parlons pas de l’accès à distance (bon et je sais ce que je fais au niveau informatique) qui donnent de fausses infos 1/2 et qui ne permet pas la connexion 2/3 fois…
Pareil pourquoi les programmations sont limitées à 8h quand sur la tablette ça va jusque 99 ??
Ah oui j’oubliais, obligé de se reconnecter à chaque lancement..

Le spa est top mais l’appli est une vrai cata et c’est vraiment dommageable ! 
Bref faites quelque chose s’il vous plaît ! C’est ultra simpliste comme appli et on en demande pas plus, mais faites que ça fonctionne ça ne doit aller chercher bien loin .

Bonjour, l’appli pourrait être chouette, elle est plutôt jolie, intuitive, simple mais efficace, il y a les fonctionnalités qu’on attend.
MAIS…et c’est un gros mais, les 30sec de chargement entre chaque clic la rende insupportable à l’usage…
C’est vraiment dommage, vous avez le design ect, je pense qu’un petit développement serait une bonne chose. On prend Intex pour la qualité et la réputation des produits, ce type de désagrément est très dommageable à l’air où tout est fait avec le téléphone…

L’application est très bien faite, et il est même plus pratique de commander le spa avec l’app plutôt que le panneau de contrôle, notamment pour la programmation. Mais… la connection est très lente, voire impossible, trop souvent, et particulièrement lorsque qu’on est à distance (mais pas seulement). J’ai pourtant vérifié ma connection wifi avec le spa qui est excellente (répéteur wifi dans le jardin), ma connection Internet fibre… L’application est donc bien faite et pratique, mais en devient inutilisable par ce problème de latence extrême. Quel dommage ! Un correctif vite !! En un mot, une escroquerie :  on nous vend un spa pouvant se gérer à distance sur smartphone, et ça n’est pas le cas tellement cette appli est inutilisable.

Such a shame they don’t appear to be updating this app and the new version does not work with Bubble spa. When it works it is a very useful way of controlling the spa particularly scheduling but unfortunately the connection is very inconsistent and unreliable.

J’ai réussi au bout de 2j d’essais acharnés, j’ai tout fait et au final j’ai modifié la largeur bande du wifi j’ai réglé sur 20Mhz au lieu de 40Mhz pour le 2.4Ghz et là bingo. L’application est vraiment pénible à utiliser mais elle fait le taf.
