At the time of joining, the staff were very proactive and kept following up continuously until the registration was completed. However, once the payment was made and the service started, the support became extremely poor. There was no proper response from the staff side, and communication was very weak. After-service support is very bad, and they show little interest in helping clients after enrollment. From the beginning, their customer care executives showed very little interest in actual phone interaction or follow-up. All they did was send a few profiles and immediately push for payment. Once I made the payment, the follow-up became almost nonexistent. No proper support, no regular calls, and no genuine effort to help me find a match. Eventually, I downloaded another matrimonial app and quickly found a suitable match through that platform, not Intimate Matrimony. The worst part happened today when I called Intimate Matrimony to delete my account. At first, one staff member politely said “okay,” but a few minutes later another staff member called me back and literally shouted at me on the phone. When I calmly asked whether they had followed up with me at any time in the last few months, they had nothing to say—just more shouting. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I would never recommend Intimate Matrimony to anyone.
