Transmitting the full 9 digits over the internet is unsafe. ### 3/5 — Pending transaction view needed *2026-03-27, version 4020.1.1* The app is decent now that it’s finally been upgraded after all these years. Have to call the bank and have them do it. Want to make a payment on your loan? Transfer it from your non ITCU account! The loan payment option is literally harder to find. Whether it won’t send a verification code, can’t access certain features, or simply won’t work at all, it seems like at least half the time I go to use it something important isn’t working. Doesn’t remember password or face ID presences. Will log you out randomly. 2 step identification is safe yet very glitchy as well as the UX tries to pop up and predict behavior of the user but is mot very functional so adds extra steps (like resending code if you hit the space to try and type in instead of waiting for number pad to pop up which takes a while. I use this app because i hate logging in from laptop but honestly its a better bet, makes banking with them really inconvenient at times. ### 5/5 — So Easy to do Mobile Deposits *2022-09-23, version 22.1.103* Mobile deposits are so easy to do! The validation never happens and when it does there are continuos issues. Very frustrating. Unreliable as it either constantly crashes and cannot be used or it seems incapable of remembering user data, even when opted into “Remember Me” type info. Feels like this is a developers first attempt at creating an app. Please update and improve!! ### 1/5 — Zelle *2022-08-31, version 22.1.30* Can’t link my account with Zelle. Zelle says go to my bank’s app. I open the ITCU app. Zelle is not available in the app anywhere. The ITCU website has the same instructions for getting to Zelle though the app. Frustrating. ### 1/5 — Scam Company *2022-03-30, version 21.2.70* This company nickel and dimes on EVERYTHING. They tackle so many fees when signing for the car and don’t really give you an option. Then they make it extra complicated to make the payment. You either have to drive to the location, mail it in or do it online (charge fees apply) to do it from an external account. Wish I would have done a a better job at reading the reviews, I always take in to consideration peoples reviews as there’s always two sides of the story. But they’re absolutely TRUE! I absolutely HATE this company! Do NOT get an auto loan through them. STAY AWAY!!! ### 1/5 — Credit Score *2022-02-18, version 21.2.70* Their credit score is always lower by 90-100 points from the reporting agencies and credit cards FICO scores. ### 1/5 — App Does not Show Credit Card Balance *2021-10-05, version 21.1.30* This app is useless. I can not make a payment, or see my credit card balance, see previous transactions or see pending transactions. I have waited for months and nothing has changed with each update. I have to use the desktop version to perform any transaction. ### 1/5 — The worse banking app ever *2021-09-13, version 21.1.30* Literally have not been able to access my account via this app, which means I can’t send money via zelle. I have called customer support and keep getting the same story that the app is being updated and nothing still. I just will be moving my account to a bank that actually allows me to access all the features it has! This app used to work, not sure which version broke it, it could be the latest update. ### 1/5 — App won’t allow me to log in *2021-06-25, version 20.2.81* Issue started happening within the past 3 days I would say. It won’t move past the security question, which I know with certainty that I am answering correctly. Even when I submit my answer it doesn’t show any sign that my submission was processed, not even an error message shows. Therefore, I am unable to log in as I can’t move past this screen. I then have to login on the desktop site from my mobile browser instead. I wish we would get better rates on car loans and better deals for the veterans who have been around as long as I have!
