## What is InTouch?

InTouch helps you stay close to the people who matter, without turning friendship into a chore.

Pick who matters and how often you want to talk: weekly, every two weeks, monthly, or every three months. Log it when you do, with one tap. When someone is coming up, you get a single gentle nudge.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

• Never a nag. At most two notifications a day: one reminder a few days before someone is due, and one evening check-in asking who you talked to. If you miss someone, one quiet notice the day after, then silence until you log something.
• Names the person and the gap, never your failure. "It's been 3 weeks since you and Anna talked. They'll be happier to hear from you than you expect."
• Logged it, straight from the notification. No need to open the app.
• An evening check-in that lets you mark everyone you talked to today in one go.
• No streaks, points, scores, or badges. Your friends are not a game.
• No account and no ads. Your people and notes stay on your iPhone. The app sends anonymous usage statistics and the purchase details your membership needs; the privacy policy explains both. Export a copy any time.

MORE THAN A REMINDER

• Important dates. Birthdays, anniversaries and other yearly days, with optional reminders a week before and on the day. Adding someone from Contacts can bring their birthday along.
• Follow-ups. Something to ask or do for someone, on a date or "next time we talk". Tick it off when you log the conversation.
• Remember. Save the lasting details about a person, like their kids' names or their new job, and see them on their page.
• Photos from Contacts, the camera or Photos, so you recognize everyone at a glance.

REMEMBER THEIR LIFE

Save gift ideas for each person and link them to a birthday or another date, so the next occasion starts with a list and with what you gave last time. Add the moments in their life, like an interview or a move, and InTouch reminds you to wish them luck the day before and to ask how it went after. Before a call, the Before you talk card brings together last time, what to ask, what to remember and what's coming up. You can also log a conversation from Shortcuts or Siri.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Add a person. Pick them from Contacts or type a name.
2. Choose a cadence that feels right for that relationship.
3. When you talk, tap the check. Text, call, or in person, with an optional note.
4. Your list sorts itself: whoever is due soonest is on top.

BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO LOSE TRACK

If out of sight means out of mind for you, InTouch keeps the people you love in sight. It works just as well for friends who moved away, family in another time zone, or the friend you keep meaning to call back.

WHAT IT COSTS

Already have InTouch? Everything stays free for you, including every feature added later. There is nothing to buy and nothing to do.

New to InTouch? After a short setup you start a membership. Pick one:

• Yearly subscription plan, with a 2-week free trial
• Monthly subscription plan
• Lifetime purchase: pay once, nothing renews

Every option includes everything. Prices are shown in the App Store. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, which you can do any time in your Apple Account settings.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4.0 — 2026-10-06

New in 1.4: remember what's going on in their life.

- Gift ideas. Save ideas for each person, link them to a birthday or another date, and move them from Idea to Bought to Given. The date shows how many ideas are waiting and what you gave last time, and the reminder a week before tells you ideas are saved. Gift names never appear in notifications.
- Their moments. Add an interview, a move or a surgery. Your morning notification reminds you to wish them luck the day before and to ask how it went the day after, and you record how it went when you log the conversation. Mark a moment as sensitive and the lock screen only says it's a good day to check in.
- Before you talk. A card on their page with last time, what to ask, what to remember and what's coming up, and a question to try in the full brief. It is built only from what you saved.
- Log from Shortcuts and Siri. The Log interaction action opens InTouch with the log form filled in. Nothing is saved until you tap Save.

Your backup now includes gift ideas and moments.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-10-05

InTouch now has a membership, a new first-run setup, and more ways to keep in touch at your own pace.

If you already have InTouch, nothing changes. Everything you use today stays free for you, including every feature added later. You will see one short thank-you.

If you are new to InTouch:

- A short setup comes first. Add people from Contacts or by name, choose how often you want to talk, and see how reminders work.
- Then start a membership: a yearly subscription plan with 2 weeks free, a monthly subscription plan, or a lifetime purchase. Every option includes everything.
- Your membership sits at the top of Settings, with ways to manage or cancel a subscription and to restore purchases.
- A free trial adds a reminder two days before it ends, inside your morning notification.
- If a membership ends, your people stay safe on your phone and you can still export a backup. Reminders pause until you start a membership again.
- Purchases are handled by Apple, and RevenueCat checks your membership. Your people and notes still stay on your iPhone; the updated privacy policy explains what is sent.

Also new for everyone:

- Restore an exported backup from Settings or the welcome screen, replacing the data on the phone. When people are already on the phone, you can undo the last restore for 30 days.
- Choose Every six months or a custom rhythm in days, weeks or months.
- Say Not now to a due or overdue person until a day you choose, keeping their cadence and history intact.
- Fresh start spreads three or more overdue people across consecutive days, without marking anyone as contacted.
- Monthly and other month cadences now follow the calendar, rather than fixed 30-day multiples. Existing due dates may shift; a shorter month uses its last day.
- Someone with nothing logged gets one notice the day after they were added, instead of a notice every morning.

### 1.2.2 — 2026-09-30

A small privacy update. The app's built-in privacy details now also list the approximate location that comes with anonymous usage statistics, matching the App Store privacy label. Nothing else changes.

### 1.2.1 — 2026-09-29

InTouch now sends anonymous usage statistics, like how many people were added or how a conversation was logged, to show what to improve next. They never include names, notes, dates, photos or contact details. Your people stay on your iPhone. The privacy policy has the details.

Also a small wording change on the welcome screen.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-25

InTouch now has four tabs: People, Dates, Follow-ups and History.

• Follow-ups: note something to ask or do for someone, on a set day or for the next time you talk. Tick it off once you've covered it.
• Remember: keep lasting details about a person, like their kids' names or a new job.
• Important dates: birthdays, anniversaries and other yearly days, with an optional reminder a week before and on the day. They arrive with your usual morning reminder, so you still get no more than two notifications a day.
• Photos: add a photo from Contacts, the camera or Photos. Adding someone from Contacts can bring their birthday and anniversaries along too.
• Each person's page now shows what matters about them at a glance.

No account or cloud sync.
