Do not buy this device at the deal it’s a serious waste of money. Go buy a apple air tag, they are instant and they’re 20x cheaper. The “VP” version (for wireless devices) is awful and lacks the features of their other app, which they say is for wired devices. This InTouch VP app has NO features, other than posting your vehicle location every 12 hours. I’m thankful I don’t pay a dime for this product in my new vehicle. The MAIN purpose is to show your vehicle’s location, but at a 12 hour refresh…your vehicle will be in Mexico or in a container before their “Customer Help” line is answered, and the system activated to a “live” status. And, if it’s like they say, and others claim, if they need to go through a “Law Enforcement” contact for that to happen, then this product IS WORTHLESS!! Completely unreliable. My device is attached to a motorcycle that I use for daily commutes. It’s estimated location will only update once every 2-15 days at best.
