So apparently you aren’t allowed to have a vehicle malfunction!! Cost me an extra $120 to re activate and had to get a calibration for another $40 like bruh I took my car to a certified mechanic!!! You have pictures of them!!! Lock me out!! No!!! You owe me three months free!! Buyer beware do not use Intoxalock use a different company. This place is an absolute rip off! The lady is from a Middle East country doesn’t make any sense keeps saying silver side it doesn’t make sense then she gets rude ### 1/5 — WORST App *2026-06-04, version 7.0.0* Intoxalock is such a horrible app, that I had to leave a review to make sure nobody goes through with the Intoxalock company. If i could go back in time i definitely wouldn’t be using Intoxalock or ever recommend this to anyone. Worst customer service, charged me extra fees even after i got a hold of customer service and communicated with Intoxalock they still charged me, never been more disappointed in something then i am with Intoxalock! So upset i wanna protest to deactivate this app. Seriously anytime somebody asks me i will ALWAYS mention that INTOXALOCK IS THE MOST ATROCIOUS APP!!! ### 1/5 — You can’t get them to remove your device after your case is dismissed *2026-06-02, version 7.0.0* I will not recommend going with these people they will not remove your device after your case is dismissed. they give you the runaround to keep on charging you. They keep on hassling you for the money after you remove it. I did not recommend going with these people. They still call me and I refuse to pay them I do not recommend these people to my worst enemy. ### 1/5 — NO SIGNIN VERIFICATION EMAIL *2026-05-26, version 7.0.0* Do not download!!!! Do not purchase through them!! They are just scam artists! I called twice and was on hold for over 30 minutes EACH TIME and they could not send me a verification email so I could login to my account. They have no support, no training, and I’m pretty sure at this point they are just scam artists.
