So apparently you aren’t allowed to have a vehicle malfunction!! Cost me an extra $120 to re activate and had to get a calibration for another $40 like bruh I took my car to a certified mechanic!!! You have pictures of them!!! Lock me out!! No!!! You owe me three months free!! They keep on hassling you for the money after you remove it. I did not recommend going with these people. Sue them *2025-02-17, version 4.0.2* There’s gotta be a rich one of y’all out there that can afford it, I’m sure you can get a good case going with everyone here. I’m sure a handful would be willing to share testimony and records of shady shi. I was completely lied to about the return policy and was fade to believe I had to pay the debt before turning in the device, I was charged for six months past my release date because they wanted to keep charging me past my time. ### 5/5 — Drink and drive, face the consequences *2024-09-23, version 3.0.9* Instead of whining, people should be grateful they GET to drive again with these devices. No battery issues or malfunctioning, nor did it make erroneous detection of my breath, except when using hand sanitizer after being in a store. You should give your breath sample, THEN apply the sanitizer. All of the Intoxalock customer service and using the app was quick, painless and friendly. ### 5/5 — Convenience and a time saver *2019-11-20, version 1.0.7* My first day I managed to get myself into a lockout. I had to sign my lease ( with the app ) abs this made it a lot easier than waiting for it in the mail. I was able to rest my Lockout myself ( time saver ) and email them asking for a refund. Brandon e-mailed me back with a statement showing it was waived. He also told me about the different lockout and how to and them. The app itself is easy to navigate and does everything I need it to do. I even called the installation mechanic to ask a question from the app. ### 5/5 — No more calling customer service *2019-05-17, version 1.0* This is so much easier than calling in to customer service. Seriously though, I was able to reset my lockout through this app and it was a piece of cake.
