I had a 15 minute call and my phone overheated and shut off midway through. It’s was seriously hot to the touch. Thankfully I was able to reach out via LinkedIn and finish the call with the expert. They also have had phone overheating issues happen multiple times. Different fields listed on main page: Wellness, Career and Business, Fashion and Beauty, Astrology and more. I think it's an interesting idea overall with alot of interesting routes for growth The app has a good UI overall offering seamless browsing with no bugs. Everything is organized well for a phone screen as well as a laptop website. The value of the app comes from the personalization of each person's knowledge and ability to ask the questions specified for you. People can come to this app for that reason instead of reading these people’s books, articles, blogs, etc ### 2/5 — They want too much personal info *2024-10-07, version 1.7.3* The app is a good idea. This is a total Scam - 50% in fees, and almost FINANCIAL FRAUD. Shady. They don’t even have a clear breakdown. They charge YOU “customer and marketing fees”. The App doesn’t barely shows any specifics. Support is non-existent. Don’t waste your time. Right away, it was obvious he hadn’t even glanced at the pre-call notes and he was late. The conversation was beyond lazy and disrespectful to founders who pay $2500 for 30 mins. Most of the call stayed at a surface level with no depth. Given the stage of our business, it just wasn’t useful. We asked for a refund just for this call (since the others we’ve had were great), but they refused. We even reached out to one of the founders and got completely ghosted. I get that it’s tricky since Andrew is their lead investor, but if you’re paying for access to top-tier advice, there should be some quality control. Instead, the platform hides behind restrictive terms and poor customer service. That won’t end well for it. Intro Team—reach out when you’re ready to make this right. ### 1/5 — I want to give 5 stars soon if below conditions met *2024-12-06, version 1.7.4* Today I used intro for 30 minutes , it dosen’t support full screen for ipad , no screen sharing in the video call, no documents sharing or chats , no website support for video calls. Please have a button to extend call not a pop up while call is live. I am paying a premium plus amount with the client , but app dosen’t reflect the premium they collect. I will change my starts if you guys can make above changes. All the best. But thank you for well planed service I liked it. ### 1/5 — Needs Improvement: Review Transparency and Technical Features *2024-11-10* I recently used the platform for a session with an expert, but the experience was below expectations due to technical and preparation issues. The session's connection was poor, and the lack of screen-sharing tools made it challenging to communicate effectively. While the platform's support was responsive and offered a $50 credit, I noticed that my detailed review of the session was not displayed publicly. It seems that only positive reviews are shown, which might not give potential users a full picture of the service. I hope the platform considers displaying all types of feedback to help users make informed decisions. **Developer response:** Hi there, After your complaint and further investigation, we detected that your WiFi/cell service was poor, which makes it difficult for any video call product to work well. In addition, prior to the complaint, you had written your expert a positive five star review. After trying to accommodate you and offering you a $50 credit, you demanded a full refund. Our internal team flagged this as fraudulent behavior. We also deemed your new review to be retaliatory, when your initial review was positive. Our aim is to provide our customers and experts a great experience, service, and customer support when deemed necessary, but on this occasion it became clear to us that you wanted a free session. Unfortunately, that’s not possible.
