Doesn’t show details of truckstops so how am i meant to get to them! Devs please fix!!! **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for you feedback. You should be able to find information on the truckstops by pressing the icons and then 'More Information'. Earlier push on snap and you van see information. Now no information. I was very disappointed After 2 month still not work propertly. not supported with Iphone 12pro max after update. do not show information when press on icon. If you are not seeing this - please get in touch via 'Contact Us' in the app and our team will gladly support you. ### 1/5 — Needs work *2024-04-07* Need some improvement and I add on we’re looking for a place on the map when you tap on the locations it does not tell you what services they are. Cannot search for locations or the map you can only go down the list. For example, if you look at the map full of the route down the M11 tap on one. You do not get directions anymore. You do not get the name and address of that particular location and it’s not synced to the maps on the phone. Full review. Once you do find a place, yes booking is a lot easier although a few places now aren’t accepting the booking **Developer response:** Hi, thanks for leaving feedback with us. We would suggest using the 'Contact Us' feature in the app to get more support, as it seems there are issues that shouldn't be occurring. When pressing into a location, more information on what they are should appear for you. There is a search function and the map view should be functional. Directions has never been an active feature in the app but we are looking to add this in over time! We're glad to hear you like the new and improved booking feature. Screenshots of the issues when using the 'Contact Us' feature would be helpful :) Thanks. ### 1/5 — Would be good…… *2024-02-02, version 1.8* Brilliant app to find Truckstops but badly out of date. Quicker and easier calling truck stops and booking over the phone. Truckfly is better ### 2/5 — Could be better *2025-11-20* Constant problems with the app not sending SMS confirmations when you book depot parking, Zoom function is not very good, constantly buggy issues, this could be so much better bearing in mind the amount of revenue this company is making from the transport industry. ### 2/5 — Harder to find details *2024-02-29* The new version does not show a truck stop details when you touch the location on the map screen. You have to go to the list and guess which one it is. The list screen shows the closest one to you first not the one which could be a couple of hours away, which you may not know the name of. The old version did this better and made choosing a night stop much easier. Please put the function back. **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for your feedback. You should be able to see more information by selecting the location in the map view. If you still cannot do this, please could you provide this information via the 'Contact Us' in the app and the team can support you. ### 3/5 — Impossible to use *2024-09-10, version 2.0.1* It used to be very good but now it is impossible to use, can’t open the details of any parking, just look on the map, and can’t open or select filters for search. ### 3/5 — Good Update, however….. *2024-04-24* Tiny, tiny and thrice tiny, I struggle to read any of the absolutely minuscule font. I have really good eyesight thanks to the power of my prescription glasses however the font used is minuscule and I mean almost unreadable. I like the look of the new app, very nice, I think it’s a bit more convoluted than the previous one. One suggestion is just to have a map with locations without the box number count until you zoom in. If these issues were addressed then it would almost be a four star rating, nothing is perfect. **Developer response:** Hi Johnny, thank you for your review and feedback.
