## What is Intry?

**Intry** is a resident app for apartments, villas, and gated communities. Invite visitors, manage maintenance requests, book amenities, stay updated, and connect with your community—all from one place.

**INVITE VISITORS**
Create gate passes for guests, deliveries, and cabs. Share the QR code with visitors or save it for later. View your passes and cancel them anytime.

**APPROVE WALK-IN VISITORS**
When a visitor arrives without a gate pass, receive their details and photo from the security guard. Approve or decline the request directly from your phone.

**MANAGE MAINTENANCE**
Raise maintenance requests, attach photos, and track their progress until completion. View your previous requests in one place.

**BOOK COMMUNITY AMENITIES**
Check availability and book community facilities such as the clubhouse, gym, halls, and sports courts. Keep track of all your bookings.

**STAY UPDATED**
Receive community notices, view upcoming events on the community calendar, and get notifications about important updates.

**CONNECT WITH NEIGHBOURS**
Share posts with photos or videos, create polls, and comment on posts shared by other residents.

**MANAGE YOUR HOUSEHOLD**
Add family members, view property details, track water and utility bills, check payment history, and access documents shared by your community.
