This completely contradicts consumer rights in the United States. The services that are promised gradually disappear, and what is advertised is only available for two weeks. After that, you are left with limited features. The app has a great concept, but the customer service is appalling. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of support for users who are trying to enjoy the services promised.
