The android version puts on the main screen at the top what work order you’re currently working in which makes it easier to go back to it. The iOS version you have to search around and remember exactly. Whereas the android version tells you you’re working in it and you can click on the link and go right back to it ### 2/5 — Was good until the update *2023-07-17* New updated doesn’t show work order or job name until you click on it. The app was pretty much perfect untill they updated. Please fix this new update. ### 2/5 — Keeps kicking me out of app *2023-02-24, version 6.20.11.0* For some reason lt will kick me out of the app when I try to add pictures, write what i did on the job and sometimes when I try to change job status. Please can someone show me a fix. I’ve must’ve sent in 25 debug email reports in the last week. No response and no fix. Once it opens, it has a lot of nice features. ### 3/5 — Why no updates? Extremely Frustrated Customer! *2018-01-20, version 6.20.8.0* We've used Corrigo's Field Service Software for over 5 years. It does a good job but they've failed to make any updates. Most recently in the past few months our technicians experience a lot of frustration because the app constantly kicks them out when entering work descriptions, adding photos or text notes. All of their work gets lost and they usually end up having to call in their work orders for completion. We have 6 field users and 5 desktop users. We’ve made many suggestions when speaking to the Corrigo Tech Support and get a lot of finger pointing between Corrigo and Intuit. When you start a job it should let you choose a time When you check out choose a time, work description, amount, invoice. I'm not able to send anything through this app to customers who have yahoo, AOL and Gmail accounts. We have paid to customize this program to our needs. I've spent years looking for a program that could accommodate our needs and this one has provided what we need for over 2 years. The ratings here don't seem to do justice to the potential of this program and the affordability of it compared to others that can't compete. Take a second look and evaluate carefully.
