It updates itself as you reflect and as new weekly and monthly summaries are generated, so you always have a portable copy of everything you've written. It's also organized so you can point an AI assistant straight at it. Turn it on in Settings — nothing is exported unless you do. Improvements -------------- Instant saves — Saving a daily reflection used to pause for up to a minute while it synced. Now it saves immediately and syncs quietly in the background, so your completion moment shows up right away. Weekly summaries no longer come up blank — Fixed a timing bug where a freshly generated summary could render as an empty screen. Your summary now appears reliably the moment it's ready. Clearer coach sync — If you write to your coach while offline, you'll now see "Saved locally — sync pending" with a Sync button, instead of a confusing "Save failed." Your message is safe and syncs as soon as you're back online. Say "remember this", "keep this in mind", or "note that" and the coach captures the insight immediately. Schedule a vacation window in settings and the app takes care of the rest. Reminders pause automatically, a banner on the Reflections tab confirms you're on break, and a welcome-back notification greets you on your first working day back. Your weekly summary adjusts its tone if your week overlapped with vacation days. Wrap up coach sessions – After a longer coaching conversation, a "Wrap up" button appears so you can capture what you worked through. The coach generates a summary and suggests follow-up actions you can add to your list with one tap. A session divider keeps past and new conversations visually separate. Todos are now Follow-Ups – We renamed "Todos" to "Follow-Ups" everywhere in the app — the tab, navigation titles, empty states, onboarding, weekly summaries, and coach takeaways. The new flag icon better reflects what this list is for: tracking the things that came out of your reflections and coaching. Journal status in Coach tab – A card above the coach chat lets you know when you haven't journaled today, with a quick tap to go write. It disappears once you've added a reflection. Improvements -------------- Deeper coach memory – Your coach now receives your last two weekly summaries and recent reflections alongside the conversation, giving it much better context about what's been on your mind lately. Offer code fix – The paywall no longer stays open after you redeem a promo code. Open a conversation whenever you need it - preparing for a tough 1:1, processing a difficult decision, or just thinking something through. Your full coaching history syncs across devices and carries over between sessions. Look for the new Coach tab between People and More. Bookmark coach messages - Save messages worth keeping by bookmarking them in coach conversations. View all your bookmarks from the toolbar, add them to your todo list, or swipe to remove ones you're done with. Coach profile - Tap the coach header to see the coaching philosophy, how well the coach knows you (based on your reflection count), and 9 leadership frameworks with explainers for each. AI data consent - Before using any AI feature for the first time, a consent dialog explains how Anthropic Claude processes your data. Choose "I Agree" to continue, or "No Thanks" to skip. You can change this anytime in Settings. Sparsity warning for summaries - When your weekly summary comes from limited data (fewer than 3 entries or less than 50 words), a banner lets you know the insights may be thin. Improvements --------------- New todos appear at the top - New todos now show up at the top of your list instead of the bottom. Smarter coaching context - Coach conversations compress older messages into notes automatically, so you keep context without hitting API limits. Nothing is lost, just stored shorter.
