Me acabo de descargar esta App pero tiene muy buena pinta y los precios son bastante buenos. En mi caso, no creo que utilice el apartado de meditación pero si el de nutrición y entrenamiento, ya que buscaba una app que combinase los dos y no tenerme que descargar 2 aplicaciones. Me encanta como está diseñada y parece muy fácil y práctica de utilizar. Probaré los planes Premium.

La mejor app de fitness que he probado, a mucha distancia de cualquier otra. Me parece genial que para hacer el plan personalizado tenga en cuenta tus medidas corporales, si tienes dolores en alguna parte del cuerpo, o el material de que dispones en casa. Muy recomendable!

La app indica enfermedades, entiendo para adaptar los planes según condiciones de salud pero no incorpora la lesión medular. Los usurarios de silla de ruedas no hemos sido considerados para los planes de salud de esta app. Sería de agradecer que se adapten sus planes de ejercicios a usuarios de silla de ruedas (cambiar caminar por impulsos) para que podamos utilizarla. Adaptar planes de alimenta situación de sedestacion obligada por lesión. Gracias, necesitamos apps inclusivas
