Followed all the directions and it still won’t connect fix your sketchy app

When I first bought this inumen about two years ago it worked perfectly and I had it connected to my old phone for the longest time, but now that I’ve bought a new phone the device just isn’t pairing... any ideas as to how I might get it to work?

It works except when in the app. I can’t use any of the app functions as there is an ‘unauthorised hardware’ popup that won’t go down. It says to please stop using but I can’t even remove the popup to do so.  Please remove this popup. My hardware should be authorised as the packaging it legitimate.

**Developer response:** Someone has stolen our small lovely and now is stealing INUMEN, misappropriation is illegal. Please contact your seller to return it or refund.   We are cracking down on this theft!
