If this is how the experience is when you open an account, then it’s not worth 5 star. 
As soon as you create your account you are allowed to add a product, then you are asked to add unit, but when you check the stock of that product you will have an additional inventory and you cannot adjust the inventory which is not useful as an inventory management app.
