## What is Inventory Business?

Use your iPhone or iPod for inventory

Make use of the device as an optional smart barcode scanner for fast processing.

No network connection required, count offline and send the collected data as a CSV, XML or PDF file via mail.

CSV file import and export feature for lists and items.

Print data collected via AirPrint.

The principle of the application:
1. Use default or create any number of count lists.
2. Select one of these lists and count stock items.
3. Use the camera for barcode scan.
4. When finished send the list by mail or print via AirPrint

Or
1. Send a list of items to be counted by mail to the device with inventory app installed.
2. Edit the records, count quantities, etc.
3. When finished send the list by mail or print via AirPrint

Scanner zeigt nur die Kamera an und den QR code bzw barcode aber die kamera scannt nicht.

Also leider ohne Funktion

Leider ist die App in der aktuellen Version mit IOS 14.3 unbrauchbar. 
Es gelingt weder Produktlisten noch Inventurlisten per E-Mail zu importieren. Das Ganze obwohl die Bezeichnungen anhand der Musterdateien (wie beschrieben) übernommen wurden. Auch mit Anpassen der Importdefinitionen konnte dies nicht gelingen. Weiterhin ist auch der Dateiaustausch über FTP nicht möglich, da die App bei jedem Zugriff versucht einen Ordner im Root-Filesystem  des Servers zu anzulegen (/.dstXXXZRGkC5) was natürlich schiefgeht weil die App dafür keine Rechte hat. 
Auch die Beschreibung und Hilfe der App ist ungenügend. Es wird nirgends die Arbeitsweise der App beschrieben bzw. auch nicht der Datenaustausch.  Nachdem ich anlässlich der Inventur 2020 2 Tage lang versucht habe die Daten (CSV) in die App zu bekommen gebe ich jetzt entnervt auf.

An und für sich ist die Idee für die Apo gut und auch das Scannen funktioniert mit immer besser werdenden Kameras ziemlich gut, jedoch ist die App vollkommen nutzlos wenn man Daten nicht austauschen kann. Für den Sinn dieser App ist es essenziell dass das einwandfrei funktioniert und bei jedem Release überprüft wird und in der Hilfe exact beschrieben ist.

Schade um das Geld, immerhin konnte ich die App für 2018/19 nutzen

Hallo, die App nacht im wesentlichen was sie soll. Die Übersetzung ist teilweise etwas missverständlich. Alternative zu einem MDE Gerät, hier muss sich die App erst noch in der Praxis beweisen ... Ich werde das hier noch ergänzen.

Die App macht einen guten Eindruck, doch leider verschiebt sich das Eingabefeld bei der Eingabe der Artikelnummer nach einem Wechsel von Buchstaben auf Zahlen und einmal zurück, zur Hälfte außerhalb des Displays wodurch keine Eingabe möglich ist.

Das scannen von Produkten geht super auch das senden über Mail als csv oder XML Datei.

Aber nach 6-10 mal scannen öffnet sich die Kamera nicht mehr und die App muss neu gestartet werden. Sehr zeitaufwendig!

Nutze die App um aktuelle Bestandslisten unterwegs einsehen zu können. Auch ohne im Büro zu sein, kann ich nun kurzfristig Auskünfte zu Verfügbarkeiten geben. Seit dem letzten Update funktionieren alle gewünschten Funktionen. Der Support ist gut.

Leider funktioniert es nicht so wie beschrieben. Als pdf lässt es sich weg schicken. Als CSV nicht und auch eine bearbeitete Liste lässt sich nicht wieder einbinden. Schade!
