## What is Inventory Management?

Invenva is a flexible inventory management app for businesses of all sizes.

Manage products, stock levels, barcode scans, teams, orders, reports, and daily inventory activity from one place. Use it for a shop, café, bakery, market, e-commerce business, workshop, stockroom, or warehouse operation.

• Create products with quantities, units, SKU, barcode, photos, tags, notes, prices, costs, expiry dates, and custom fields

TRACK EVERY MOVEMENT

Every quantity change creates an activity record showing who made it, when it happened, and the previous and new quantities.

Records can also include notes, customer or supplier details, price, cost, and profit information. Incorrect transactions can be reversed without deleting the original record, helping preserve a reliable history.

WORK WITH YOUR TEAM

Invite team members and control access with Owner, Admin, Editor, and Viewer roles. Share inventory data and keep updates synchronized across devices.

Create separate workspaces for different businesses, branches, projects, or inventory operations. Each workspace has its own products, team, activity history, tags, custom fields, orders, reports, and settings.
