## What is Inventory Management Pro?

Inventory  management, tracking & scanning made quick and easy. 

I designed the Inventory Stock Tracking App to help me run my own online business and now made it useful for many types of Retailers, Wholesalers, and Manufactures. 

Inventory App uses the camera on your phone to quickly let you capture barcodes.  This makes checking stock super easy and does not require any network connection so you can use Inventory Tracker in any warehouse situation. 
 
If you have an existing inventory (and your items are in Xero accounts or Shopify store perhaps), simply export your items as a CSV and use my Template to create a CSV file of all your stock that can be imported in seconds. 

Your data, is always YOUR data. The Export facility lets you export all your inventory as a CSV file. This ensures you are not locked in, you have a backup, and combined with the Import function makes large batch changes fast and effective. 

Inventory Tracker helps you make sure you know what needs reordering and from which supplier. Use the Reorder report to see a list of items that have reached their reorder quantities.

In this update is about Importing and Exporting Inventory data. 
- New EXPORT function (found in the Menu) allows you to save your data as a CSV file on either your iOS device or iCloud (if available). 
- Enhanced IMPORT function that resolves a bug concerning Suppliers, and also gives you much improved feedback on record counts (Added and Updated). If you need a template CSV file then this is freely available for download at EdStivala.com/templates

This new functionality delivers a number of benefits:
- No Data Lock in, makes your data more portable. 
- Security, export your data to create a backup as often as you wish
- Bulk changes, sometimes a spreadsheet just makes sense! Export your data, edit as needed in your favourite spreadsheet, Import your data back into Inventory. Fast & Simple.

Do you like to filter out the noise? Checkout the new Filter & Search button on the main inventory screen. 

Also in this update, I have made it easier to send me a Feature Request. Or if something isn't quite working for you, then Request Support from the new Menu option from the nav bar. 
I keep this app updated with new features and bug fixes to make tracking stock as quick and intuitive as possible. So please keep the updates switched on to receive the newest versions.

### 1.4.1 — 2024-11-28

In this update you will find an improvement to the scanning process. Fixed a bug and made the app more intuitive on completion of a change to the amount of inventory you have in stock. 
Also made some behind the scenes improvements to keep the app running efficiently and supporting you with your inventory needs.

In this update: 
- Ability to store Supplier details and associate Inventory with appropriate suppliers. Supplier Management is found in the new Utilities Menu
- Improvement to Product display to better handle LONG product names and remove blank image space when Product does not have an associated image. 
- Improvement to Product Editing experience with better User Interface to handle Product Images
- ReOrder information is now in the Utilities Menu

...and zapped a few bugs to make the app run that little bit smoother.
