Having to delete the app every few days and download it again so that CarFax works properly is beyond frustrating. Happens when I need it the most it seems, too.

The app will constantly log you out, even after just logging in. Losing your information you’re looking for. The company is no help with fixing the issues either. Waste of money for the Auto Industry. Completely worthless system.

The competitive pricing models are not always very reliable when it comes to the “real world” . I suppose that can be attributed to the size of the number of vehicles in the comparison. Smaller sets with large standard deviation are the most skewed. AI will fix everything from what we’re led to believe??
