## What is Inventory Tracker?

Inventory Manager gives shops, stockrooms, pop-ups, studios, and small teams one calm place to organize products and keep quantities current.

EVERY STORAGE IN ONE ACCOUNT

Create and own up to three storages, then switch between them from a clear dashboard. Accept invitations from other owners and find shared workspaces under Managed Storages.

REAL-TIME INVENTORY

Add products with names, descriptions, barcodes, quantities, low-stock thresholds, prices, suppliers, and photos. Adjust stock in a tap and see updates synchronize across authorized accounts.

BUILT FOR COLLABORATION

Invite employees by account email and decide exactly what each person can do. Owners can grant or remove privileges for viewing inventory, adding or editing products, adjusting stock, managing suppliers, inviting people, and managing access.

SUPPLIERS AND CONTACTS

Keep supplier names, contact people, email addresses, and phone numbers beside the products they provide.

PHOTOS AND BARCODES

Scan a barcode with the camera. Add a product image, view it full screen, then crop, rotate, or reposition it without leaving the app.

See low-stock and out-of-stock items at a glance. Optional local notifications can remind you when a product first reaches its minimum quantity.

Export a complete storage as CSV or a formatted Excel spreadsheet. Send it with the iOS share sheet or save it to Files for use in Numbers, Excel, Google Sheets, and other inventory tools.

SECURE, CONVENIENT ACCESS

Your session is stored securely in the iPhone or iPad Keychain, so you stay signed in after restarting the app. Inventory is transmitted over an encrypted connection and access is limited by storage membership and owner-selected privileges.

Inventory Manager requires an account and an internet connection. A web version is also available for working from a computer.

The app can be a little buggy and clunky to use. Have had to restart a couple of times but the basics for a really awesome inventory app are there.

I like the app because my wife and I use it and it is the best we have found I just wish that it would put your inventory in alphabetical order and that you could create different files for different suppliers please update this app.

No way to edit suppliers...once they’re entered, that’s it. I made a spelling error & was stuck with it. No way to list products by supplier; all products listed together. No choice how to sort your products. Your only choices are to see your product list or your supplier list. You also have to submit your email and password before you get to even try the app. Not cool.

I love the simplicity of this app for my inventory since I only carry one type of product. If there is a way to alphabetize the product I haven’t found that yet. If it is not available I really wish it would be added. Overall it does simply keep up with my inventory and let me know when I need to order more.

I run an online game store and I haven’t had a solid way of keeping up with inventory for a while now. I saw this had decent ratings and figured I’d try it out. After about 10-20 minutes of trying to add a couple items to my inventory I just gave up, sometimes it wouldn’t add the item at all. Sometimes it would add 10 of the same item in stock. Needless to say it was a frustrating initial experience, and I’ll be moving on to look for a different way to keep track of inventory.

This is a great simple app that COULD make inventory so much more easier for my store. This could be the perfect app for us but there’s only two things missing. Have categories for inventory and have the option to reset the inventory for each category. Please think about adding this feature to your app because there is no app out there as simple as this and fits to our needs of our store!

In a small business, warehouse based inventory... So far, for the ease of internal tracking and movement, the app has been great. Not having the decimal (.) point in any dollar field, is definitely crucial, please address.. Deleting a vendor still does not seem to work (viewed from past feedback received). Camera functions and barcode readings all seem to work as they should - will know more after entering in several upon several items in the upcoming week. CSV works as it should. Built-In notifications would be stellar - but the “In-Stock, Low-Stock, No-Stock” movements all seem to correspond and function fluently - appreciated. Have added coworkers, all log-in and accessibility from MY device seems to function as it should, will know more after deployed...   Also, when trying to edit the “item description” AFTER an item has already been entered in from its initial birth into inventory, the keyboard blocks the view of this field, instead of flowing and scrolling, like what is happening as I type this.... 
Overall, please keep up the great work and we hope to be sticking with this app for our use of inventory! Thank you!
