I started using the app because all solutions on the market for us are costly and complex. We do a weekly inventory and that helps us greatly before placing orders and for the annual inventory. I also use it anytime when I have to evaluate costs of recipes or I negotiate with suppliers (having prices right on hand helps).

Il est impossible de donner deux endroits de stockage pour un même produit. Impossible de cloner un produit

Actuellement, il n’est pas possible d’assigner deux emplacements de stockage à un même produit dans un seul inventaire. Cependant, vous pouvez contourner cette limitation en créant deux inventaires distincts (par exemple : Inventaire Magasin et Inventaire Entrepôt). Une fois ces inventaires créés, vous avez la possibilité de cloner les articles d’un inventaire à l’autre pour les dupliquer facilement.
Nous comprenons que cette solution ne soit pas optimale, et votre retour nous est précieux pour orienter les évolutions futures de l’application. N’hésitez pas à nous faire part d’autres suggestions ou besoins—nous sommes à votre disposition pour vous accompagner.

La aplicación tiene bastante área de oportunidad. La comencé a usar pero en mi amplio rango de búsqueda para un mejor control de mis inventarios, esta aplicación no envía requerimientos de stock bajo, de nada me sirve estar controlando lo que necesito manualmente, la aplicación debería implementar esta funcionalidad. De todos lo demás no he tenido problemas

Link Your Dropbox Account:
Open the app and log in to your Dropbox account (or create one if you don’t have it yet). Ensure that all devices you want to sync are linked to the same Dropbox account.


Sync Data Between Devices:

User 1: After making changes to the inventory, upload the data from the app to Dropbox.
User 2: To access the updated inventory, download the data from Dropbox within the app.

This process will automatically sync the information between all linked devices, allowing multiple users to collaborate seamlessly.

La función de check out al momento del escaneo no descuenta la cantidad asignada por lo que no se puede llevar un control correcto del inventario. Solo sirve para el registro de los materiales pero no para entradas y salidas del
Producto.

I lost my phone and now all my inventory is lost even though I restored my app. There is no one to contact for customer service. I’ll be looking for something better.

**Developer response:** We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced. We would like to inform you that our app provides options to back up your data to prevent such situations in the future. You can back up your data directly from the "Synchronization" menu. You have two options:

1. Sync your data with a Dropbox account.
2. Export your inventories in SQLite format for local backup.

Additionally, for any further assistance, you can contact me directly through the app using the dedicated button for this purpose.

Wondering if this app would be able to view the scanned UPC code of the product inventoried so that a independent bar code scanner can scan the code directly from the phone the the app is being used on?

Currently, our app is capable of reading UPC codes, but it does not support displaying barcodes on the screen in a way that allows them to be scanned directly by another device. However, we find your suggestion very interesting and useful.
