### 5/5 — Best CRM for watches and luxury items

*2026-10-15*

We switched to this CRM and it is the best one we’ve used, hands down. IC can literally do it all. CRM, pipelines, tasks, automations, texts, emails, searches, invoices, etc… the list goes on. Support from the owners is fast and they take into consideration what we submit for feature requests and bug fixes. All around amazing platform. Can’t say enough good things.
