Fixed issue with iOS mistaking UPC-A barcodes for EAN-13

Fixed the following issues:

- U (vietnamese character) now gets correctly replaced with W across the entire application
- Fixed an issue with the barcode field when used with a bluetooth scanner. There should now no longer be any missing characters

Fixed the following issues:

- IP Address issue on settings screen for non-english keyboards no autocorrects commas (,) to periods (.)
- Auto-highlighting correctly works on all fields on scan page
- Better text management when using bluetooth scanners/keyboards
- Edge case where barcodes wouldn't be complete in barcode field due to the app refreshing for every key stroke. Bluetooth keyboards should now no longer miss any digits

- History of all items scanned and uploaded to server
- Option to delete history
