InVentry is trusted by more than 10,000 organisations and helps improve the efficiency of entry, and the security of any building. The InVentry Anywhere app acts as an extension of your InVentry Anywhere licence and allows the following functionality. Evacuation The evacuation tool is used to ensure that everyone is accounted for in case of an emergency. From the app, organisations can access a real-time copy of everyone who is onsite, trigger site-wide evacuations and account for all signed-in people across multiple muster points. Visitors Within the app, users can quickly pre-book their own visitors as well as see what visitors they have booked in for that day. When a new visitor is added via the app it also adds them to the organisations main InVentry system to speed up the sign in process when they arrive. Staff The staff element of the app allows users to remotely sign in and out of their organisation, using their device instead of using the InVentry touchscreen or ID card. They can also see at a glance who has signed in on that day. This is particularly useful if users quickly need to know if someone is onsite or not. Office Day As an additional feature to the Anywhere app, Office Day, allows staff to pre-book themselves into the office on a 14-day period, permitting them to choose when they wish to come into the workplace and when they’re working remotely. Have to press buttons up to 3 times to log in or out. Has to be reinstalled as it just hangs. After spending 5 years with their support team the same issues and bugs reappear overall a poor app which fails to deliver on the sales pitch ### 1/5 — App keeps crashing *2025-03-19, version 2.1.6* Recently the app keeps crashing. After downloading and signing in, the app can be used once, then once closed and re-opened it asks for Face ID or password, of the phone if you don’t allow Face ID, then just sits syncing. Delete app, download again and login, it’ll work one time. Not helpful for fire alarm evacuations. iPhone 16 pro, IOS 18.3.2 please fix. When it works, it’s great! ### 5/5 — Everything at the palm of my hand! *2021-05-25, version 1.0.12* I don’t know how we functioned before this app. I love how it gives us a real-time status update - quick, easy and super simple! The new office day function has also been really great for us as we’ve transitioned into a hybrid approach to working. I can book to go into the office 14 days in advance and it’s really easy for me to see who else is in! Building capacity limits are set by our HR within the app too, so there’s no risk of capacity getting too high.
