Invercamey Dairy has been in the Fisher family since 1963. It is now farmed by the second and third generation Alexander and Richard who followed on from John Fisher. The farm was a dairy when we arrived, made up of Ayrshire cows that still remain the core of the herd to this day. In 2019 we decided to diversify the business by processing the milk ourselves. I ordered what I thought was on one off order but received another order this week. Excellent product. One small criticism of the app is that there is no facility to amend or suspend subscriptions.
