The temp doesn’t move from 26.5 degrees all day every day on the app. But shows the correct temp on the unit. Also the percentage and kw’s don’t change at all even when on the different modes. Can someone please fix it ### 1/5 — Latest update has sent my device offline *2025-10-24, version 1.1.2* After updating the app, I can no longer access my heat pump. I am stuck in the opening screen asking me to confirm if I’ll let them store data about my usage. When I save the settings the app says the network is unavailable. I cannot get past this page. ### 1/5 — Name should be “DisappointinGO” *2024-12-12, version 1.1.1* Controlling over app is not working for me all I can do is readings….That is the major issue a part of that some small things like graph have to be manually move every time to current readings and it doesn’t support latest products which makes it hard worth keeping. When trying to reconnect, the device is not connecting to my Evo Heat Active-i 9 heat pump. Extremely annoying with the pool temperature now being to cold for my liking but unable to set and adjust on/off times to keep the temperature under control. I hope the app developers fix this bug issue ASAP!! ### 2/5 — Bugs and Cheap *2023-11-15, version 1.0.5* This latest update doesn’t give me correct readings or live results. I need to arrow back (which also doesn’t work well), then back in to refresh. My heater also disappeared off the app, then I had to setup again. Could you also include notifications when my heater turns off and goes in to a fault mode…. Which is often! I have spent $20,000 on solar panels to run this heater and equipment, it would be great if the app could integrate with my Enphase solar system to determine power output of heater!! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-10-31, version 1.0.5* Since the app update happened I haven’t been able to connect to my heat pump ### 2/5 — Update has made app frustrating to use *2023-10-25, version 1.0.5* Prior to the latest update in October, the app was great and easy to use. However after the update I have to reset the app every time I want to check it. Even after resetting the app, sometimes it still doesn’t give the correct info and requires a few more resets. Hopefully they can fix that issue but then add in some more tools like charting the temp over a given period of maybe a week. ### 3/5 — Latest update has sent my device offline *2023-10-14, version 1.0.5* The app updated over night.
