The absolute antithesis of a booking app. It’s quicker and easier to call. ### 1/5 — Hopeless *2019-10-23, version 5.0* Spent and hour trying to log in. Gave up and called . I made a booking using the drop pin feature, which is the only way you can put in addresses - abysmal idea, then the taxi company phoned me ten minutes later to ask where I was going - thus making the app redundant, then when I went to put my card details in the app to pay by card (pretty much the main usefulness of a taxi app) it didn't work, then the taxi arrived another ten minutes later so 20 in total. To finish it all off the taxi driver asked where I was going because he didn't know and the "estimated price" on the app was wrong...it was more expensive by £4. It doesn’t work. I tried my actual number and some local Inverness numbers just to see what happened. It’s nothing. Nothing happens. It allows the selection of +1 (USA) but doesn’t recognize the resulting phone number as valid. So today, put my booking in as usual and it was cancelled without any reason, notice or notification. Thought it was an error so rebooked it only to have it cancelled on me a second time. The tracking feature does nothing so you don’t actually have an accurate idea of when your taxi arrives. And there is no description of the car.
