Atrocious app. If power goes out, have to re-sync with wifi. Most often than not, cannot even log into the app because there is some sever backend required to maintain connectivity. What the hell is that about? Why is there no direct connection to the unit. So frustrating! When you can connect, it actually does the job well enough, but far to many issues to ever recommend.

I have same issue as other reviewers. The device is very complex to connect, once connected it disconnects after a while and you spend more time in troubleshooting the blue tooth and wifi connector than using the app to manage the device and monitor temperature. It’s frustrating and waste of time at best. Usefulness 0.5 stars out of 5.

Some months ago after installation I had connection but in winter I wasn’t going to start the pump. Now in summer trying to connect is hopeless. Green light blinking outside (connection router ok), on de miniscreen WiFi 4 stripes, even in the app he sees the pump clear and well, but not able to connect with phone.  I tried all the tricks (on/off pump, router, new account…) but without succes…

This recent update has completely broken whatever little function you can get to work at best of times! There can’t be any worst app out there. This really should not be allowed commercially to lay claim to an important function as a selling feature. Fraud.

Die App ist eine Zumutung. Kastrophal. 
Man kann schlichtweg keine Verbindung zum Modul aufbauen. WiFi sollte eingegeben werden, dass Feld ist aber nicht auswählbar. 
Schlechteste Programmierung ever.

Ich verstehe wirklich nicht, warum sich der französische Wärmepumpenhersteller so eine schlechte App leistet! Mal verbindet sie gar nicht. Dann erscheint die Pumpe 2x. Dann kann man sich nicht in die App einloggen. Geht gar nicht! Könnte ich 0 Sterne geben - diese App hätte sie verdient.

Die App funktionierte bis Ende 2022 nur mit ganz vielen Problemen und regelmäßigen Verbindungsabbrüchen zu der Wärmepumpe. Seit 2023 kann sich die App nicht einmal mehr mit dem Server verbinden.

Can’t log on. Can’t reset password. Can’t create new account. Not sure who to contact. But really should be fixed.

I have used this app for past 12 months with the EvoHeat Fusion 12 HeatP Pump.  It has been off line for extended periods but OK when working.  However, the app stopped working several weeks ago and now will not allow any login or password resetting.  In fact it is completely useless making the phone controller completely useless.  Not recommended for anyone.

Tout allez bien jusqu’à maintenant. Remise en route de la piscine et depuis impossible de se connecter à l’application. 
Le module fonctionne de son côté. Mais impossible de gérer à distance .

There is no denying this app is a useful tool to monitor and control a pool heat pump remotely. It is a bit buggy however.

Several attempts to uninstall and reinstall the app have help, but the loss of all historic data when doing so is quite annoying. 

The app requires logging out and back in again before attempting to change the desired temperature otherwise the temperature automatically defaults to either 15 or 0 degrees. This results in the unit shutting down and losing 30 minutes of heating time. 

Of the nine smart home apps I use to control my home devices remotely, this is the only one that lacks scheduling functionality. This would be one of the most useful smart home apps on the market if different temperature dependent schedules could be programmed as the user could configure the units power consumption to maximise solar availability daily.

Application fonctionnelle mais quelques bugs et à compléter.
Bug car impossible de changer le nom de la pompe.
L’application mériterait d’être complétée avec les données suivantes: débits d’eau....!
Il serait intéressant sur le graphique de supprimer les phases où la pompe à chaleur ne tourne pas (pics de températures très bas et très hauts) car ça complexifie la lecture des courbes.
Avec la météo, y a t-il une anticipation d’arrêt de la pompe lorsque les températures extérieures sont élevées et que l’eau va chauffer naturellement toute seule? 
Il serait bien d’avoir un mode absent ou la pompe se mettrait à l’arrêt et et une possibilité de remettre à température a une date de retour avec une anticipation de la courbe de chauffe! Comme les thermostats connectés!
Une compatibilité avec Google home serait également la bienvenue ! ;-)

I started using app, very useful but have few suggestions:
1. Buttons in app should change the color and show the stasus. OFF status is not very visible
2. Would be good to have some indicator on main screen to see if we are properly connected (green status)
3. Would be good to jave default unit to open on start, no need to choose it wvwry time if I have only one.
4. Naming units on list would be nice to have instead of serial number.
5. Notifications: would be very helpfull
6. Integration with Apple HomeKit even for simple on/off and temp monitoring
