I’m a student at USF working on my B.S. in finance with a concentration in real estate and hope my classes provide half as much value as this podcast has. Great speakers, great hosts, great topics & conversations. Thank you Eric and Steven. ### 5/5 — The best knowledge 40 minutes can buy! *2019-02-13, version 2.0.15* I’ve been meaning to write this review for sometime now. Beyond the smorgasbord of information you get from the show, the show itself is fun. Steven and Erich genuinely seem to have a great time during their interviews. They take their time with guests and let them expand on topics in ways other podcasts don’t. They also breakdown the information/knowledge presented in a way that’s easy to understand and follow. The only drawback is I listen to them on my walks and often don’t have a pen handy to take notes when a guest drops a gem.
