Not only does it not work and kick you out but has zero UX or UIX sensibility. Who the hel on is dragon pass? Get some proper developers and designers on board. I am disgusted that INVESTEC Bank has partnered with you!! The app never works. So many people forced to use it are complaining and it is difficult to access, use and apply the benefits which are not listed. Again an app that is supposed to serve you and make life easier and all it does is throw up obstacles and dysfunction!! The App only works when online. Latest upgrades have made it almost unusable. Asks for location but then can’t use the location. Multiple screens to get what was quick and easy before. Pretty clear they don’t user test this app and we are faced with the choice of live with it or forgo the benefits ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work with lastpass *2025-10-10, version 1.1.2* Your rubbish app doesn’t work with lastpass ### 1/5 — Awful user experience. *2025-08-20, version 1.1.2* It’s all nice that as an Investec client you get access to international lounges while at airports but the app to gain access leaves you so frustrated at time I wonder if it’s worth going into the lounge. I have never - not once had an easy experience. Here are my tips to make the app more user friendly. 1. Logging in. The face ID just doesn’t work. Sometimes my iPhone stores my password sometimes not. The app always logs me out so every time I use the app I need to re-login and that is not an easy event. Fix the face login in. (Yes I have given the phone the appropriate rights) 2. Forced automatic updates. When I’m roaming and not having clear data access forcing me update is so frustrating. Allow the user to select a “maybe later” update option and use the version on their phone. 3. Develop the app so that it does not need a cell/data connection. That can’t be too hard to do. 4. Switching between local and international memberships is never clear and easy to fin. Have a button that says South African lounges. And international lounges. Simple. Come on Investec pick up your game. ### 1/5 — Incredibly Frustrating *2025-07-22, version 1.1.0* On more than one occasion technical issues with this app have meant that I’ve had to stand at the lounge counter and phone Investec simply to generate a QR code for access. I am struggling to understand why the devs they’ve outsourced this to are doing such a poor job. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-06-20* Useless app never works ### 1/5 — Suggest for your enemies *2025-06-04, version 1.0.9* Worst travel app I have ever used, constantly needs to update exactly when you are abroad and don’t have cell/wifi service. Sitting at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, and I select find based on location and it asks me if I’m in Capetown? WTF!
