Can be better. *2025-10-03* Kept up to date with security features. Something that seems off: when selecting the first beneficiary to be paid, the list ‘jumps/move’ down, sometimes the selected beneficiary jumps off the visible list at the bottom of the screen. This is a bit irritating. This happens as the app has to make space at the top of the beneficiary page to show all the beneficiaries selected to be paid. Now I can’t access my account!!! ### 4/5 — Inexcusable Downtime *2024-03-19, version 3.33.0* The SA and UK bank usually have downtime almost every week, app is always on maintenance mode as if it’s still 2010. I have been struggling to login today. The technical team needs to pull up their socks, I am not impressed by errors in your transaction engine and all the intermittent bugs. I love a lot of other things about the app and online banking though, I believe it could improve. ### 4/5 — Electricity purchase *2023-01-24, version 3.11.0* The South African app does not allow you to send a confirmation text to your phone unless it is a South African number. I have a UK phone number but purchase electricity in SA however I can’t use my own number to complete this. I have to make use of someone else’s SA number. Please fix. ### 1/5 — Stuck at login screen for months *2022-12-19, version 3.10.2* I can’t get beyond the app login screen and it’s been like this for months despite countless updates. The only way I can do any banking is via desktop. What a joke. ### 1/5 — Pretty useless *2022-08-09, version 3.4.1* When downloaded onto iPad with Apple Magic keyboard, the view is fixed in Portrait mode and can’t be rotated to view in Landscape mode. A massive failing - imagine watching a movie in portrait mode because that’s what it’s like. And the recent update hasn’t done anything to change my review. It never will until landscape mode is enabled by the developers. ### 2/5 — Unable to request PoP on App *2022-05-17* Cannot request proof of payment on app but can download from web.
