Really rough. Made me reconsider banking with them altogether having come from a bank with a decent app. Payment transfers take forever, the app is so basic. Just hard to cope with in 2026.

It works and you can manage most things most of the time. Sometimes you have to restart the app. Not as good as Coutts or high street bank apps.
Further investment in app technology could go a really long way to improving the Investec brand and user experience. Today’s banking clients want good tech.

Why is this not suitable for the fixed rate savings ? this question was asked a year ago, and the answer was not satisfactory. WHY not?? 

Why did the developer insist on putting an apostrophe on the word savings when they answered. I repeat the question: WHY can you not offer an app for the savings? This is pathetic!

Cannot view certain accounts on the app, you can only view them on a web browser. In 2023 you can’t use an app to view your saving account, crazy!

The title says it all really it works most of the time. Don’t expect great support. For instance if you got for foot password it states supplier is available 24/7 - what they actually mean in office hours. Opened a savings account and now my pension log on no longer works
