It also shuts down when you try to show transactions. They are thieves and need to be reported and put in jail for their practices. This app is a ball of trash. They are horrible at keeping up with your money and will cause you to lose more money in the end. They do not help they harm their clients. You will incur every fee in the book messing with them. One day it one thing and the next it’s another. DO NOT BANK WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT! ### 1/5 — Terrible *2022-09-04, version 5.1.3* The most annoying app there is, whenever you log in it asks if you want it to remember your device so it won’t ask a security question on your next log in but regardless, it will ask you a security question every. single. time. Then there are times where you put the right password, and the right answer to a security question, and it still says you are wrong somehow and locks you out. Literally just the worst. Same goes to their website. ### 1/5 — Bad app login, and script issues. *2022-05-26, version 5.1.3* I have ongoing issues with this app for years now, and it doesn’t matter what phone or signal I use. Random script errors, and continuous incorrect password’s making you call whenever it was the app’s fault to begin with. Happens all the time, and might even switch banks over this ridiculousness app with its ongoing issues. ### 1/5 — really bad malfunctioning app *2022-01-28, version 5.1.3* the experience at the bank isn’t too bad but jesus christ this apps operating system is terrible, constantly logging you out and constantly pulling up a system error. always the same bugs for over 6 months ### 1/5 — Worst Banking App and Online Banking Experience EVER *2020-05-28, version 5.1.3* This app is useless, and so is online banking through InvesTex. Both lock you out and requires you call them. This has gone on for several years now. Too many stupid verification layers that are not helpful. Come on InvesTex!
