Als neuer Kunde natürlich sehr schlecht, wenn bereits nach Depoteröffnung der Login sowohl in der App als auch im Browser fehlschlägt. Stellungnahme hierzu? Woran liegt es? Bin enttäuscht..

Ich bin Kunde über 2 Jahren und habe ein Ergebnis von -13,5 Prozent oder -137,79.  zum Vergleich bei Trade Republic habe ich ein +3,45 Prozent im gleichen Zeitraum erwirtschaftet.

Die App macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Die Funktionen beschränken sich aber auf das Anzeigen des Portfolios und von Transaktionen - es sind keine Veränderungen usw. möglich. Das ist auch ok.
Was mich aber wirklich stört, sind

* die Anzeige der Entwicklung der Anlage - hier stimmen Betrag und Prozentanzeige nicht überein. Wenn die Gesamtentwicklung einen Verlust von 40€ (also -40€ dargestellt wird), wie kann man direkt darunter von einer positiven prozentualen Entwicklung sprechen (also +0,3% darstellen)? Als Anleger interessiert das Gesamtinvestment also sollte auch die prozentuale Darstellung abzüglich von Gebühren sein.

* nachdem man sich einmal in App angemeldet hat, sie verlässt und nach kurzer Zeit wieder rein will, ist dies nicht möglich. Die Kennworteingabe erscheint nicht. Erst das Schließen der App und wieder öffnen führt zum Erfolg.

* Die Grafik zeigt standardmäßig beim Öffnen „Letzte 12 Monate“ an. Hat man das Depot noch nicht lange, bringt das nichts und als neuer Nutzer fragt man sich zunächst auch, was da dargestellt wird. Besser: „Seit Depoteröffnung“, wenn diese < 12 Monate her ist und sonst „Letzte 12 Monate“

Seit iOS 13.3.1 ist die App im Cache voll einsehbar und nicht gesperrt durch Fingerprint. Schade. Wurde an Sicherheit gespart?
