Had access to my account made a note of my passwords and passcodes, even set up Face ID. Now it won’t let me access it, saying invalid credentials. ### 1/5 — Broken in many ways *2026-05-03* This is the single worst app I have ever encountered. And after over fifty years as a software developer, I have seen a lot. I have been able to log in, but after many hours trying, have been unable to add either of my shareholdings, using either the website or the app. One is not listed; the other fails validation every time, 'Oops something went wrong'. It’s not spam. ### 3/5 — Good App But Constant Issues Logging In *2026-08-02* It’s 2026 and I’m experiencing the same issue as others over previous years. Logging in fails using FaceID, then fails with PIN, both with a pop up that says “email and/password is incorrect”. You then have to log in via website with password. This happens every time.
