As noted, it works a couple of times and then fails to show the account balance & info. Just sort of spins endlessly. So I have to delete & reupload the app every so many days, which is kind of a pain. Same issue over & over. Today not working after reinstalling it yesterday. And again today. Piece of cr..!

I’m beginning to feel my investments maybe in an in a compromising environment.  It takes me several attempts to get signed in. My access is my fingerprint. When I type in the password there isn’t an option to see what’s being typed. I’m very concerned.

I’ve used this software for years, but over the past couple of years it has become more and more buggy. Launching app doesn’t always work and I need to delete and reinstall almost daily. 
Very frustrating. Developer needs to be fired and replaced with another company.

You say special characters are supported, but the get stored as %xx, s when you try to login you get an error. I had to edit the saved password to change the %xx to the correct character, now it always ask if I want save the new password, which I don’t.  This means you can’t us the apple recommended password without modifying it. 

No other application does this with passwords 

I created a new password without special characters. 

Plus, I always get an error with Face ID

Haven’t been able to login to my account for months. Has issues syncing to my mint account too. Not a good app if you can’t get past the login failure window.

I have the latest version of investor 360 and iOS on my iPhone 13. I keep getting log in errors every few days. I delete the app and reinstall and I can then log in using Face ID. But after a couple of days, the log in error returns. Deleting fixes the issue, but the problem returns, and I delete again…as the cycle starts over.

**Developer response:** Afternoon, Steve.  Please let me apologize in advance for the delayed response. We have many exciting enhancements in store for 2021. One of which is biometric authentication. Early next year you will have the option to login via TouchID, FaceID or a simple 4-digit shortcut. I would love to hear your thoughts on where you would like us to take the Investor360 mobile app. It is your feedback that drives our roadmap. Talk soon!
