And every time I log in, the only option is user name and password. ### 1/5 — Most horrible! *2023-02-02, version 1.2.25* I am dumping my financial advisor as they are offering this horrible app only! I am also writing a bad review for them to continue offering me service through this app only! ### 1/5 — Needs improvement *2022-08-13, version 1.2.25* Not sure if anyone is still working on this app? Basics like Account Performance are blank, it doesn’t seem to update daily, and biometric security has been in the works for over a year….disappointing and frustrating compared to the big guys! ### 1/5 — Mass disappointment *2022-03-30, version 1.2.25* Just looks elementary… Dora the explorer has a better looking app than this thing. Sad and buggy and constantly reconnecting accounts. ### 2/5 — Buggy and Unreliable *2022-03-08, version 1.2.25* This is a buggy, glitchy, frustrating piece of software. It does not consistently update all accounts. Customer support is “working on” my problems and never provides a true resolution. This is really a pita. I don’t get reliable bank account info. Also, I have problems getting retirement account updates. I haven’t gotten a fully up-tp-date and accurate readout for my accounts for over a year. Some of the info is good, but one must really pay attention to what isn’t good. Furthermore, the info display mysteriously drops data such as cost bases. Don’t really need that, right? This is a minor league piece of software in a major league world. I have learned to use it with skepticism and never rely on it for anything potentially consequential. ### 1/5 — “Complete I360 Web Profile” Message *2021-11-28, version 1.2.25* This app used to at least let me log in and show my balances. For the better half of 2021 is just says Action Required and tells me to “Complete my I360 Web Profile”. I’d be happy to do this if I had any clue in the world what that means! The website works fine, so I’ll just be using that instead. ### 1/5 — I feel like I am in the dark ages with this app *2021-09-02, version 1.2.23* Given how the rest of the investment management companies have progressed, I feel like I’m using an app from the early 2000’s here. No daily market changes, no Face ID and a pretty basic and terrible user interface. Surely someone can do much better than this. ### 1/5 — UPDATE: Unusable and STILL in sore need of an update *2021-08-29, version 1.2.23* 8/29/2021: The developers of this app are not paying attention. The most infuriating part is the error message that tells me to “update the app and upgrade to the latest iOS version.” Which I have both. Why don’t YOU update the app so your customers can actually use it and track their fund performance without having to go to a computer? Ridiculous how long this has been unusable. 6/5/2021: Cannot even use now. I get a message saying it’s not safe to use with a jailbroken phone. My phone is not jailbroken. I’m able to use every other financial app I have just fine. Fix this! From my last review — nothing has changed!!! No FaceID or fingerprint ID. No app update in 2 years. Get with the program! The only reason I use this app is because my financial advisor uses it, but I am going to express my displeasure at the next meeting. Please bring this app up to date with what’s expected. The second attempt works but besides that, face ID is needed. And again today. Piece of cr..! ### 1/5 — Sketchy *2023-12-10* I’m beginning to feel my investments maybe in an in a compromising environment. It takes me several attempts to get signed in. My access is my fingerprint. When I type in the password there isn’t an option to see what’s being typed. Launching app doesn’t always work and I need to delete and reinstall almost daily. Very frustrating. I keep getting log in errors every few days. I delete the app and reinstall and I can then log in using Face ID. But after a couple of days, the log in error returns. Deleting fixes the issue, but the problem returns, and I delete again…as the cycle starts over. **Developer response:** Afternoon, Steve. Please let me apologize in advance for the delayed response. We have many exciting enhancements in store for 2021. One of which is biometric authentication. Early next year you will have the option to login via TouchID, FaceID or a simple 4-digit shortcut. So often when I try to go from one account to another, it totally freezes and I end up having to delete and reinstall. I’ve been told soooooo many excuses by customer service, none of whose fixes ever work. After a reboot I get right in. Technology is one of the best right now with a very high recovery rate. They are also very swift in getting back your funds. So, you need not wait forever before getting back your funds. You can search them up on google to reach out to kyson_aldertech on instagram. ### 5/5 — Lost functionality-Activity screen *2020-12-03, version 1.1.6* Love this app on my iPhone 8+ with iOS 14.0.1. It’s easy to use and gives a quick snapshot of your account. Unfortunately, for about the last year, the activity tab no longer allows scrolling for more than 1 screen. I’m hoping that can be fixed soon. Also, the screen shots on the App Store show what the application looks like in a browser, not the mobile app. Update-Thank you! I received an email from the developer. The scrolling bug on the activity screen is fixed. I updated this app from 4 stars to 5 stars. Info is in useable format and I can access from iPhone and website on PC. ### 4/5 — Big improvement *2023-03-27* The latest version of Investor 360 is a big improvement, especially that Face ID is available now. Talk soon! ### 4/5 — Remembering user name and password *2021-05-04, version 1.2.20* I have the latest version of the app on my iPhone 7, which is running iOS 14.5. Investor360 does not keep my user name or password. Each time I open the app those two fields are blank. I have to enter the same information each time I use the app. And having the ability to use Touch ID would be huge, especially since that feature is a few years old now. Otherwise it runs fine. ### 4/5 — Update *2019-08-26, version 1.1.6* Please add Face ID ### 3/5 — Passwords *2023-10-20* You say special characters are supported, but the get stored as %xx, s when you try to login you get an error. I had to edit the saved password to change the %xx to the correct character, now it always ask if I want save the new password, which I don’t. This means you can’t us the apple recommended password without modifying it. No other application does this with passwords I created a new password without special characters. Plus, I always get an error with Face ID ### 3/5 — Broken features *2021-09-13, version 1.2.23* The user interface is friendly enough and informative. The external account feature is broken though and has been for a long time. ### 3/5 — Has quit working on iPhone 8 *2020-06-17, version 1.1.6* App worked fine for years prior to updating to 13.5.1.
