Unable to access my accounts. Not good. ### 2/5 — Login problem *2026-03-21, version 2.9.1* This app is worthless if you can log in. And that’s what happens…login loop hell. FIX IT! ### 1/5 — Pure Garbage *2026-01-27* Used to work and nice to see my total account value. Now stuck in infinite loop of login, provide 2FA, then back to login page. Deleted app, rebooted phone. Trash. The MassMutual app works great but doesn’t have an account balance. Fix your app, amateur hour! ### 1/5 — No Access/MFA Failure *2026-01-15, version 2.8.1* Since the change over in mid 2025 multifactor authentication (MFA) has become mandatory, and problematic. There are days MFA just doesn’t work on a mobile. Like today’s multiple login attempts: before market open, after market open, after market lunch—zero MFA codes sent, including with ‘did not receive code’ link. Clearly change has not been for the customer benefit. ### 2/5 — Cannot access *2026-01-06* I used to appreciate this app for the ready access it gave me to my financial information however, of late it’s been impossible to sign onto the app. I go through the logon procedures and receive the 2FA but then the sign in process just starts over again… Ad infinitim! ### 1/5 — Continues to have login issues *2026-01-04, version 2.8.1* After an update I’m again stuck in a login loop. They have two factor authentication on which is usually fine, but even after entering the code sent to my phone, I still cannot log on. I contacted my financial professional for support who disabled the two factor authentication and then reset my password and still no success. I even changed my password myself and again, no success. I am unable to view my own accounts. It is frustrating, ridiculous, and needs to be fixed. ### 1/5 — Junk *2025-11-14, version 2.6.0* Pretty terrible app probably will change my financial advisor because they use this piece of junk app. Fraught with errors very limited visibility of your accounts. When open on iPad it looks like an iPhone app. The app only displays basic choices, no access or documents section for example. This is reflective of an amateur web site. Now, it’s just doing a circular login, over and over, same on iPhone and ipad. If i could remove a star, i would. Makes one suspect a fake app - not an inspiration of confidence. ### 2/5 — Face ID breaks with VPN *2025-08-26, version 2.5.3* With a VPN enabled, the app will recognize and return a seemingly successful authentication action - but immediately loop me back to the login with Face ID. Not sure why the login screen breaks with a VPN enabled. Have to Log In On my Laptop. HELP ### 1/5 — Log in Issue *2026-07-23, version 2.10.0* Trust the other reviews saying about the log in loop. 7/22/26 its still doing it. I go through the whole process, get the success! image, then back to Sign In. I’ve deleted and re-added the app. ### 3/5 — Login failure loop *2026-01-29* It’s a great app, if you can log in. In the last couple days, I’ve had two sessions where the app couldn’t log in and returned to the login page repeatedly, whether via FaceID or UN/PW login, like it was caught in an endless login failure loop on the backend. I could successfully log in via the website with identical UN/PW credentials, minus the authentication, so maybe it has something to do with backend authentication handshaking. Then mysteriously the issue resolves for a while, then returns again later. Can you guys PLEASE fix this! I never had this issue before until this last update. ### 3/5 — Login loop *2026-01-27* Cannot find an easy way to contact app support. I try to login using credentials or Face ID and it just directs me to the login screen over and over again. Stuck in a loop and don't see any way to report the issue except coming here. ### 3/5 — Newly discovered display bug *2024-10-30* I really like this app, however I discovered a display bug today that is a little unnerving. If you go to the holdings tab, using any method you desire, there are two views available. One is a sort of basic report view, and the other is more like a spreadsheet view. These views are determined by two blue icons in the upper right corner. The one furthest to the right is the one I’m calling a spreadsheet view. When in that view, I can scroll down through various ETFs in my account, and click on the ETF name to display more detail. Once I pass the fifth ETF in my account, clicking on the next one and asking for details gives me the details for the wrong ETF. This does not happen when using, what I’m calling, the report view, which is the left most blue icon. ### 3/5 — Portrait vs Landscape *2024-05-29* Since I use my tablet (landscape orientation) much more than my phone, this update is not to my liking. Either I look at a smaller version Landscape, or rotate to Portrait. (I leave it locked on Landscape usually.) Just an annoyance to me.
