It glitches & freezes a lot!! Could be a great app but it needs work.

I downloaded the app and sent inquiries to several agents, but unfortunately I never received any responses to my requests. This was very disappointing, as the main reason for using the app was to connect with agents and get timely communication. Without replies, the app feels ineffective and frustrating to use. I hope the team can improve agent responsiveness and customer support.

No matter how many times I put in my search filters (e.g. Memphis TN, max $100,000, max 1500 sq feet) it keeps giving me properties all over the country (e.g. FL, CA, OK) and price ranges all over and above my max limit.

Also, as almost every other review said, it’s extremely slow, almost as bad as dialup slow.

The app will not show properties on the map. I can view them on the desktop but not from the app. If this is corrected I’ll update my review.

**Developer response:** Hi Bigback1923, thanks for flagging this and for using the desktop as a workaround. We found a bug that could prevent properties from rendering on the mobile map, and it’s been fixed in the latest update.

I would give it a 5 star because they provide a great service, but the app is pretty glitchy and freezes up. I couldn’t log in for a month, and eventually gave up and created a new account. Even that was a task. If they fix the glitches that would be great.
