Maybe the regular desktop version is better ### 3/5 — Not ready for prime time *2024-08-25* Unable to login with an access code even if I already have an account. This gives some basic info but to see the pictures you need to see, you still have to manually find the website on safari. Might as well just start online because this app won’t help you close the deal. It kinda lets you see some basic info but in the end, the app isn’t helpful. ### 3/5 — Facebook login is broken *2024-08-02* Can’t log in to my existing account because their Facebook login is broken. If you press the Facebook login button the app immediately crashes. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Never received response *2026-04-29* I downloaded the app and sent inquiries to several agents, but unfortunately I never received any responses to my requests. This was very disappointing, as the main reason for using the app was to connect with agents and get timely communication. Without replies, the app feels ineffective and frustrating to use. Not a scam ### 1/5 — Should’ve listened to the reviews first *2025-11-28* No matter how many times I put in my search filters (e.g. Memphis TN, max $100,000, max 1500 sq feet) it keeps giving me properties all over the country (e.g. FL, CA, OK) and price ranges all over and above my max limit. Also, as almost every other review said, it’s extremely slow, almost as bad as dialup slow. ### 1/5 — Not showing properties *2025-09-04* The app will not show properties on the map. I can view them on the desktop but not from the app. If this is corrected I’ll update my review. **Developer response:** Hi Bigback1923, thanks for flagging this and for using the desktop as a workaround. We found a bug that could prevent properties from rendering on the mobile map, and it’s been fixed in the latest update. ### 1/5 — Junk *2025-07-23* Junk system, unable to send an SMS to my phone to activate my account. It's unusable. I’ll use other apps. Some deals are priced as low as 50 cents on the dollar. The interface is super easy to use. I’d love to see 2 way messaging added. That would make communicating with wholesalers a lot easier.
