## What is InvestRun?

You are a founder with a garage, an idea and a few months of cash. Raise from angels and VCs, read every term sheet, and sell the company. Your score is not the sale price. It is what lands in your pocket.

FROM THE GARAGE TO THE EXIT
Each run takes you through three rounds: Garage, Seed and Series A. Every month you choose your moves: ship, hire, find customers, pull a stunt or tighten the belt. Every investor at the table wants something different, and the ones you sign stay on your cap table for the rest of the run.

READ THE TERM SHEET
Valuation, liquidation preference, board seats, dilution. Counter, bluff, or play investors against each other. Sign too fast and you will watch the payout jars at the exit fill up for everyone but you.

MENTOR HAS YOUR BACK
Mentor, your advisor at the table, explains every term in plain words. Tap an underlined word for a simple question, the real term, and a small drawing made from your own numbers.

FOUR ENDINGS
Sold, fired by your own board, zombie company or bankrupt. Face the board meeting, grab a lifeline when the cash runs low, and decide when to take the buyer's offer. The buyer's patience runs out.

COME BACK TOMORROW
• Daily Run: one table a day, the same for every player, one scored attempt
• Streak calendar, 12 badges, founder levels and an album of investors and terms
• Three sectors that unlock as you level up: Software, AI and Consumer, each harder than the last
• Office sounds and music, with separate switches for each

PLAYS OFFLINE. NO ADS. NO PURCHASES.
No account and no tracking. Your progress stays on your phone. In English and Turkish.

All investors, funds and companies in the game are fictional. InvestRun is a game, not investment advice.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.1 — 2026-10-22

A big update.

• Team: ten candidates, each with a role and a weakness. You pick who to hire and who does each card. A tired team delivers less.
• Month-end dilemmas: 30 decisions replace the news, some aimed straight at your team.
• Negotiation: counter any investor on valuation, stake or a clause. A teammate can answer an objection.
• Three new investors (Selim, Leyla, Ingrid) and three new clauses: vesting, anti-dilution and drag-along. The investors at the table now change from run to run.
• Report card: your founder type and Mentor's note. New Notebook tab in the album.
• Share card, and a Daily Run ticket on the home screen.
• A short scene for each of the four endings.
• Mentor guides your first run. Your advisor is now called Mentor.
• Accessibility: Less motion switch, screen reader support, larger tap targets, clearer colors.
• Cash and monthly burn are easier to see, save repair, and many fixes.
