### 2/5 — Used to be great… now it won’t open…

*2026-03-01*

I used to use this app consistently, but stopped wearing a wearable & life got really busy. I wanted to start using this again, but it won’t open. I’ve read reviews saying ever since v2.x the app stopped opening. Wish I could jump back in.

### 3/5 — Used app for a while but 2.0+ wont open

*2026-02-22*

I got turned onto the app after hearing about it on the Shawn Ryan Show. I started using it to have an internal gage on my own head like I use my Garmin for my physical health/fitness. It worked great, and I’ll be honest, I stopped using it after some time. I did come back to it and used it here and there, but not as consistently as before. I was really excited for the update but am saddened that it will not open or start up after I updated the version.

### 5/5 — Jonathan Wilson

Best app ever….but I might be bias as the founder😂 in all seriousness we believe that we have built the only app that allows people to understand their mental well-being, create a team to support them and provide personalized recommendations. So yeah, I believe it’s 5 stars.

### 1/5 — App never works

*2025-09-18*

I wanted to try this so bad I love listen to Shawn Ryan and when I heard of it I need to try it but I have re downloaded this app like 10 times and tried for weeks and it never loads or works I can’t get past the open page

### 4/5 — Notifications

*2024-03-12*

AUTOMATED CHECK IN CATEGORIES:

If the categories by which you rate your status automatically changed based on time of day,
ex: 0700 alert to check in, the check categories are (SLEEP QUALITY, MOOD, ENERGY, LIBIDO, PURPOSE)
then at 1200 you change sleep quality for APPETITE. So on and so forth.

ALERTS/NOTIFICATIONS:

Alert the end user to do a periodic check in, every 6hrs, or every 24hrs, every 48hrs, etc. would improve the experience. It takes the work out of having to remember to check in and therefore gives a better opportunity for consistency developing that baseline.

I’m sure will be implemented as updates are done, but it was just one of my initial thoughts. In the current state it is good. I am looking forward to what the application will be in further refining. Cheers!

### 5/5 — Question

*2024-03-10*

Just downloaded the app. Found out through the Sean Ryan podcast. Love the concept and mission. Is there a way to look after your swim buddies. They can see my info but I cannot see theirs. This company will definitely save lives!

### 5/5 — Tremendous Potential

*2024-03-05*

I downloaded the app after Shawn Ryan’s PODCAST.
I’m in to support and help develop baselines.

### 5/5 — Excellent concept

*2024-03-04*

Downloaded after listening to SRS podcast. Such a great lifesaving idea. A couple of suggestions. Maybe, make a place to make notes of things that could affect sleep, stress, etc. that are out of norm. (I’m keeping my 18 month old granddaughter for a week). Also, maybe, a portion for women (there are plenty of women veterans) for hormones/cyles that may affect stress, mood, etc. Thanks for making listening and making this app.

### 4/5 — Great concept but always room for improvement

*2024-02-29*

Only been using this app since listening the SRS podcast. The entire concept is amazing and I want to see this succeed. As a military member and someone who has sought after the so called “behavior health” the military provides (it’s garbage, all they want is to feed you pills), I feel this app could save many lives. I did run into a bug or some sort that will not let me complete my check-in. I hit “next” and all my phone does is stay on the page and vibrate every time I hit the next button.
