Paid 22 bucks for some bs points that make you a short video containing 1/4 of the stuff you ask for. Then I got charged a month with hidden charges after and when I tried to cancel the subscription I couldn’t find the subscription on my account anywhere, its dark patterns made me a new account when I tried to sign in, and the ai when I email the company is useless and gives unresponsive support. After troubleshooting for 2 hours the only way to fix anything was to cancel my entire card and get a new one. Im not some clueless about technology senior I am a young person. It should never be this hard and this app took my money and ruined my week.
