I’ve been using the app for years with great results, but I recently upgraded my phone to an iPhone 17 pro max and can’t take pictures. When I try to capture the photo it shows the picture as all black, instead of the patients face like it should. Please fix.

I like the app. But we have iPhone photography lights the need the phone to be in landscape mode. And honestly most intraoral photos are better taken in landscape mode. Yet the app is only working in vertical mode. Please make it work in landscape mode.

Estou decepcionada com a Invisalign. Jamais poderia imaginar que iriam dar oportunidade de abrir um clincheck apenas para usuários da Apple. Não sabia que a Invisalign era preconceituosa. Lamentável

O app não está carregando as imagens que foram criadas pelo escaneamento do iTero. Antigamente era só escanear, criar o paciente no app, tirar as fotos extra orais e as intra eram carregadas automaticamente.

Aparece erro 400, já desinstalei e instalei milhares de vezes, nas primeiras vezes funcionou, agora não funciona mais!
Já liguei no 0800 e fui orientada a mandar e-mail no qual disseram que seria considerado urgente! E nada…
Como vender se as ferramentas básicas não funcionam e não há possibilidade de simular sorriso na primeira consulta, que dizem ser o item básico???
