And honestly most intraoral photos are better taken in landscape mode. Yet the app is only working in vertical mode. The recent update is not very user-friendly and does not snap the picture quickly. The new update to the picture taking is entirely too sensitive and it’s not giving better. Smile mock ups. What we’re finding is it is annoying the patients. This new app was rolled out and without warning the old app stopped working . This new app will not allow us access to old patient photos . We cannot take new progress pics or start new cases. The photo option opens but no matter what I do it will not allow us to start taking pics. The old photo app was great as practitioners we should be allowed to continue to access it and pics in it , which we currently cannot. Trying to put photos, rx and all records in this new app seems to be a bad idea .
